Go Bold! Don’t be afraid to do something that makes a statement. Pick a colour palette and use a different colour for every stair, or do the same with a range of stains. Pick a more modern or a more kitsch handrail than you usually would. Everyone who enters your home sees your staircase. Really wow them with something that shows people who you are.
